Author Guidelines
Jurnal Hukum Nusantara is committed to publishing high quality articles that make a significant contribution to the development of science. articles that make a significant contribution to the development of law. To maintain the academic standards and integrity of the publication, we expect authors to adhere to the following guidelines when submitting the manuscripts.
1. Types of Articles Accepted
We accept original research articles, review articles, and conceptual articles that are relevant to the focus and scope of this journal. Manuscripts must be previously unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. Manuscript Format
- Manuscript Template can be downloaded here.
- Language: Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English.
- Manuscript Length: Research articles should be 6,000 to 8,000 words, including abstract, footnotes, and references. Conceptual articles or review articles can be up to 10,000 words long.
- Manuscript Structure: The research manuscript should include the following sections:
o Title
o Author name, affiliation, and contact information
o Abstract (150-250 words) that includes the research objectives, methods, results, and main conclusions
o Keywords (4-6 words)
o Introduction
o Literature review
o Methodology
o Results and Discussion
o Conclusion
o References
3. Writing Format
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing.
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
- Page Numbering: Page numbers should be placed in the bottom right corner.
- Referencing System: Using footnotes in the style of the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition.
- References: The reference list should be organized in alphabetical order and include only those sources cited in the text. All sources must be listed in full.
4. Manuscript Submission
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Authors must create an account on the journal platform before submitting the manuscript.
- Each manuscript will go through an initial review process by the editors to ensure conformity with the focus and scope of the journal. Manuscripts that meet these criteria will be forwarded to a double-blind peer-review process.
5. Peer Review Process
- Each submitted manuscript will undergo a review process by at least two reviewers who are experts in their fields.
- The review process usually takes 4-8 weeks. Authors will be notified of the editor's decision based on the review results, which can be accepted without revision, accepted with revision, or rejected.
6. Publication Ethics
- Authors must ensure that the manuscripts are free from plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software.
- Authors are responsible for the originality of the work and must provide proper attribution for all sources cited.
- Any form of conflict of interest must be clearly stated by the authors in the manuscript.
By adhering to these guidelines, authors can ensure that manuscripts are processed quickly and efficiently, and have a greater chance of being published in Jurnal Hukum Nusantara. We encourage authors to read these guidelines carefully before submitting the manuscripts.
